Boys Flag Football

Our 6 & Under Flag Football Program (6u is coed) is the perfect introduction to the exciting world of football—designed especially for young children to learn, play, and have fun! This non-contact program focuses on helping kids build basic skills like running, throwing, catching, and teamwork in a safe and supportive environment.

With age-appropriate rules, smaller fields, and lots of encouragement, our goal is to teach the fundamentals of the game while boosting confidence, coordination, and a love for physical activity. Every child gets a chance to participate, make friends, and enjoy the game—win or lose!

It’s all about fun, fairness, and fundamentals—setting the foundation for a lifetime of healthy play.

Girls Flag Football

The Girls' Flag Football Program is a dynamic and inclusive initiative designed to empower young women through sport. Combining athleticism, strategy, and teamwork, flag football offers girls the opportunity to develop physical fitness, leadership skills, and confidence in a supportive, non-contact environment.

This program encourages participation at all skill levels, from beginners to experienced athletes, promoting sportsmanship, discipline, and mutual respect on and off the field. Through structured practices, league games, and competitive tournaments, players gain valuable experience in communication, goal-setting, and resilience.

More than just a game, our Girls' Flag Football Program is a movement—championing equal opportunities in sports and showing that strength, agility, and determination know no gender.
